Hyde Park

After settling into our hostel in Russell Square, Hyde Park was our first stop in London after our 21hr plane flight via Thailand.  At the edge of Hyde Park, we walked through a winter wonderland theme park and marketplace – it was a top of -3 and snowing. J  Highlights of the walk into Hyde Park were the iconic London red double-decker buses and telephone boxes.

  1. Hi Sophie, great part of London! You're very close to the British Museum so highly recommend a visit if you get a chance - one of the best in the world. Also, must visit Hamley's. London's largest toy shop, has around 5 floors - worth visiting for the fantastic window displays alone! 188-196 Regent St (off Oxford St near Oxford Circus). Enjoy!
